In this workshop, you will learn how to use the most common and easy-to-use wild vegetables in normal cooking. First there is a small lecture about eatable wild vegetables after which we collect together fresh wild vegetables or use the ones collected by the instructor in advance. Then we will prepare in small groups, simple but nutritious vegetarian food using the season’s wild vegetables and herbs. After preparation, it is time to eat!

This workshop is suitable for all, but especially for a small group, such as hen parties, friends, families or small companies. You can also buy this workshop as a gift.
