These terms are applicable to group and corporate customers who have booked the activity by email, phone or by other means of communication.
For private customers who have booked an activity through Bokun online booking platform on our website, the cancellation policy will be present and has to be accepted before purchase can take place. These cancellation policies differ from workshop to workshop.
The quotes given to a prospective customers by Villipihlaja are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise in the offer in question. When confirming a service booking, all the details should be agreed: activity, time, number of participants and possible special needs (e.g. diets, allergies etc. depending on the activity).
In the activities that are arranged outdoors, it is good to dress by the weather. For example, major part of the wild vegetable courses are arranged on very easy terrain, but the ground may be wet so it is good to take rubber boots with you. More details about the requirements of a specific experience will be given when you are booking your place.
